Weelinx

Process

How Weelinx works

Two flows. One marketplace. Verification every month keeps both sides honest.

For buyers

Buying a placement — 8 steps

Help centre →
    1

    Browse the marketplace

Public, filterable listings. Filter by niche, tier (Bronze → Platinum), DR range, monthly traffic, price, and placement type. Every listing shows real metrics and a live reliability score.

    2

    Sign up and select

Create a free account with a magic link. Click into a listing to see full details — niche fit, example content, seller response time, reviews. Domains are anonymised until payment confirms.

    3

    Fill in your brief

Provide target URL, preferred anchor text, rel attribute (dofollow / sponsored / nofollow), and a paragraph of context. Optional: for niche edits, suggest a preferred article.

    4

Subscribe — payment held in escrow

You authorise a monthly Stripe subscription. First payment is held in escrow — the seller gets nothing until the link is verified live.

    5

    Seller publishes within 7 days

For guest posts and sponsored content, the seller submits a draft for your approval first (up to 2 revision rounds). For niche edits, they publish directly.

    6

    Verification runs

Standard: within 48 hours of the seller marking it live. Express (£5 add-on): same day. Once passed, first payment releases.

    7

    Monthly check cycle begins

Weekly light checks. Monthly full checks. Random spot-checks (10% of placements weekly). As long as checks pass, monthly payment releases automatically.

    8

    Cancel any time

No minimum contract. Cancel from your dashboard — the seller is notified and has 30 days to remove content. No pro-rata refund on the final month (fair: they provided the placement).

For publishers

Listing a site — 8 steps

Help centre →
    1

    Submit your site

Enter your domain. Our evaluator runs Ahrefs DR, traffic estimates, Moz spam score, domain age, niche classification, content quality, and PBN/fraud heuristics. Result in under 10 minutes.

    2

    Tier assigned (or rejected)

Bronze (DR 10+), Silver (DR 25+), Gold (DR 40+), Platinum (DR 60+). Sites below Bronze minimums are rejected with specific feedback. Tier is re-evaluated quarterly.

    3

    Stripe Connect onboarding

Standard KYC — identity verification and bank details. 10-15 minutes. Required before you can accept placements because all payouts go through Stripe.

    4

    Profile and listings

Describe your site and niche, set content guidelines, commit to a response time. Create listings for each placement type you offer — guest post, niche edit, sponsored, editorial. Set monthly price per listing.

    5

    Go live

Your listings appear in the marketplace. Buyers can see your tier, metrics, reliability score, and reviews. Premium listings (£19/month optional) appear at the top of category searches.

    6

    Accept a placement

Buyer subscribes → you're notified → review the brief in the message thread → accept or decline. For guest posts / sponsored, submit a draft for buyer approval first.

    7

    Publish and mark live

Publish within 7 days of acceptance. Mark the placement as live — this triggers verification. Standard verification passes within 48 hours.

    8

    Get paid monthly

On the 1st of each month, Stripe Connect transfers your earnings from the previous month's verified placements. Minimum £10 payout — below that rolls over.

What makes the process different

  • Payment follows live link. Stripe escrow. If the link disappears, the next charge pauses immediately. You never pay for a dead link.
  • Domains anonymised until payment. Protects seller inventory from being copied by competitors or used for off-platform outreach.
  • Loyalty discount reduces the 15% platform fee to 12% after 6 months and 10% after 12 — we reward stable relationships.
  • Random spot-checks make it impossible to game verification by pulling links between scheduled checks.
  • In-app messaging with auto-filtering of contact info. Negotiate, approve drafts, and resolve issues without ever exchanging personal contact details.
