Getting Started for Sellers

Listing a site on Weelinx takes about 15 minutes. Here's the full process.

Step 1 — Create an account

Sign up with a magic link. No password required.

Step 2 — Submit your site

Go to /dashboard/submit. Enter your site's domain.

We'll run our automated evaluation (usually under 10 minutes). Checks include:

• Domain Rating (Ahrefs)
• Monthly organic traffic
• Spam score
• Domain age (WHOIS)
• Content quality signals
• Niche classification
• PBN / fraud heuristics (outbound link profile, network signals, content consistency)

You'll receive an email with the result.

Step 3 — Tier assignment

Approved sites are assigned a tier:

Sites below Bronze minimums are rejected with specific feedback on what needs to improve before resubmitting.

Step 4 — Stripe Connect onboarding

Before you can accept placements, you need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding. This is standard KYC — identity verification, bank details for payouts.

Allow 10-15 minutes to complete. Have your bank details and a photo ID handy.

Step 5 — Complete your site profile

Add:

• Site description (1-2 sentences about what the site covers)
• Detailed niche description
• Content guidelines (what kind of content you'll accept, what you won't)
• Response time commitment (how fast you typically publish)
• Max active placements (the maximum number of paid links you're comfortable hosting at any one time)

Step 6 — Create listings

Create a separate listing for each placement type you offer:

• Guest post — you publish new content with the buyer's link
• Niche edit — you add the buyer's link to an existing article
• Sponsored content — buyer provides content, you publish
• Editorial mention — natural mention in an existing or new article

For each listing, set your monthly price. Our pricing guidance (based on tier) is:

Step 7 — Go live

Your listings go live as soon as you activate them. Buyers can then subscribe.

Receiving a placement request

When a buyer subscribes:

1. You receive an email and dashboard notification
2. The message thread opens with the buyer's brief
3. You have 7 days to publish (guest posts / sponsored) or place the link (niche edits)
4. For guest posts / sponsored, submit a draft through the message thread for buyer approval first
5. Once live, mark the placement as live in your dashboard
6. We verify within 48 hours and release the first payment

Monthly earnings

• Payments release on the 1st of each month
• All verified-live placements from the previous month are paid out
• 15% platform fee applies (drops to 12% after 6 months of continuous placement, 10% after 12 months)
• Minimum payout threshold: £10
